At DriftKind, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Store credit

depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom made, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings

  • Delayed shipping caused by carriers

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within a limited time after purchase. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Return Shipping

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
